BF3 Directx function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed FIX

How to fix the error "DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG: Device hung due to badly formed commands.. "NVIDIA GeForce GTX xxx ", Driver: xxxxx"

*UPDATE* after testing this on high res for hours and hours, this error came back (god damn it). I have had to increase my GTX 560 voltage to 1012 and decrease my Core Clock to 760Mhz. is now stable, cool, and still gets great FPS. You may or may not have to do this depending on your card. If you need help with under/over clocking, just ask.

BF3 worked fine when I first installed it, then I didn't play for a few months. The next time I went to play, Origin said I needed a 6GB update, from this point on it was one error after another. First the "BF3 has stopped working" error, then the "White screen of death" among may other errors I had to over come, then this bad boy. I tried every solution out there, I installed the latest Nvidia drivers 314.22, I rolled back drivers, I tried under-clocking my GPU, I tried upping my GPU voltage, I disabled my on-board graphics in the bios, I removed auto settings for my RAM in the bios, I cleaned out my case, I added better fans. Nothing made a difference, except removing the latest Nvidia drivers, use Driver cleaner as described in the video and reinstalling the same drivers I just installed. Who would have thought, considering that I have only ever had the one graphics card in this PC since I built it.
