How to Tic Tac Toe in Java Script

Narrator: Hi everyone! Today we will be briefly showing you how to code Tic Tac Toe in Java!
Narrator: We will be taking a few shortcuts, so be sure to pause the tutorial should you need to refer to one of the steps.
Narrator: Lets begin with things that you may need to begin coding the actual game.
Laptop or Desktop Computer
Keyboard, Monitor, Computer Mouse
Java Downloaded (which we will show how to get)
Eclipse IDE (which we will show how to get)
The source code (in the description)
Narrator: It is highly recommended that some safety precautions are followed such as:
Only refer to links provided to reduce security breaches.
Adjust brightness settings to limit eye strain and block blue light.
Keep devices at room temperature to prevent overheating.
Keep flammable and liquid elements away from the computer.

Narrator: Now that that disclaimer is out of the way, you want to begin by installing the Java Development Kit which the link for can be found in the description below. This is needed to run Eclipse which is the software we will use to make the game.

Narrator: Select the appropriate installation for your device. You can refer to instructions in the link below the video to figure out which version best suits your device.
Narrator: Once the Java Installation file is installed, open it up and pick the location where you want the installation kit to be downloaded, and then finally let it download.
Narrator: Once fully installed you have to download Eclipse, the link is provided in the description below.
Narrator: Once downloaded you will get a zip file, make sure to extract them somewhere on your computer you won’t lose them.
Narrator: When all the files have been installed run the eclipse.exe file and launch Eclipse.
Narrator: Now you should be able to use Eclipse and begin coding.
Narrator: Now that it’s open you want to select “File” and then hover “New” and then select “Java Project”. This will create a new project folder in which you can keep all of your code.
Narrator: Make sure to name the project “GFG” and then select finished.
Narrator: Open up the “GFG” project folder and then inside of it open up the “src” folder, inside of the src folder delete the module-info.java file, if it is not there then continue.
Narrator: After you have deleted the file make sure you have the “src” folder selected and then similar to how we made a new Java Project you want to click “File”, then “New” and then “Class”. Make sure that the source folder is the src folder in the GFG folder and that the class is named GFG like the Java Project.
Narrator: Open up the “GFG” class and now we can begin coding. You can refer to the source code in the video’s description box and copy and paste it inside of eclipse. In this case you will want to delete all of the code already inside of your “GFG” class.
Play music while coding

Narrator: Once the source code is completely copied in, ensure that there are no run time errors and save.
Narrator: Run the code, and if it prints properly, you are all set to play Tic Tac Toe. Be sure to refer to our personal directions for further assistance and thank you for watching our Tic Tac Toe tutorial!
