Introducing Trongate CSS

The web is full of CSS frameworks and you're probably wondering why we could possibly need yet another CSS framework.

Well... it turns out that there's a specific problem that none of the major CSS frameworks are solving (at least, at the time of recording). So, here's a little file that I put together during today's live stream. It's called Trongate CSS.

The goal of Trongate CSS is to give developers and trainers an opportunity to quickly build nice looking pages without having to remember or even call upon CSS classes.

Trongate CSS does NOT use any third party libraries. All of the fonts are web safe. I have not tested it across a range of devices (yet) and I do not recommend using it for production. Nevertheless, for people who are looking for something that will get you up and running quickly then I hope you'll find this useful.

Trongate CSS will be automatically included in all installations of the Trongate framework. It's also available via a CDN from the following URL:

https://gitcdn.link/repo/davidjconnelly/trongate-css/master/trongate.css

To get it working, simply add the following line of code (with angled brackets) to the HEAD section of your HTML file:

link rel="stylesheet" href="css/trongate.css"

Or, if you prefer to use the CDN:
