Python for Beginners, Episode 6 [RegEx]

In Episode 6 of Python Basics, we learn how to make data from libraries more useful and how to use RegEx or Regular Expressions. In Episode 5, (https://youtu.be/fVFu1oKfe5E) we began learning about libraries and how to access them and now we are putting them into practice.

We will continue to develop our ChatBot, showing how to access libraries, and work through a few more challenges together.

Then we will begin discussing RegEx or Regular Expressions, which are used for matching patterns within text. Then we will work through challenges on how to use RegEx.

This is an interactive course. Feel free to pause, rewind and even slow down the videos and be sure to follow along with the examples we provide. It’s best to start at the beginning (Episode 1) to ensure you are familiar with the concepts we are reviewing.
