Python is used to automate project management tools on excel worksheet.
Deterministic schedule is implemented with Gantt chart on the worksheet through critical path analysis.

Overall process goes with three major steps:
1. schedule data are populated on Excel worksheet and Python program is run from Excel.
2. Python programming covers
a. The python program starts from reading schedule data,

3. Gantt chart is viewed along with critical path analysis result on the same excel worksheet.
