The protocol HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) is a secure version of the HTTP protocol. HTTPS uses encryption to secure the connection between the user and the website. This makes it more difficult for hackers to intercept data being sent between the two. HTTPS is often used for websites that require a higher level of security, such as online banking or shopping websites.

A HTTPS reverse shell is a shell that allows an attacker to remotely control a victim's machine by using the HTTPS protocol. The attacker first creates a shell on their own machine, which they then embed in an HTML page. They then host this page on a web server and send the victim a link to it. When the victim visits the page, the shell is launched and the attacker can control the victim's machine.
