Dukandaar billing app..

It manages bills of dukandaar from holesellers ...
We have to add bill of holeseller ..
And update paynow when agent of holeseller come to take payment..
We can give payment in parts..
And when and how much amount is given to holeseller is stored in transactions of each bills...
We can export data in form of excel and pdf files...
We can filter data by date,month and year etc...and also create pdf or excel of each filtering
we can see the live status of our bills in profile section ... Total amount ,Total Payed and Total Remaning amount of all Bills

Technical Details:
It stores data in a mysql database and php is used as backend to get data
There are 3 tables made to store data: bills , transactions and users
The data is fetch using post method to server for request and php return data in Json format
The total amount , payed and remaining are calculated based on filtering of queries
Each user has a unique id and each bill also had a unique id associated with each bill..

This app is available free in market and there are no adds in our app
This app does not store data in storage so there is no space problem for users
There is zero latency in app so there is no data lose problem ..even when user delete app or mobile phone damages or crashes..
User can filter their data in any mode and saves it in form of report
User can add multiple details of bills like product details , bill no. , total amount , total payed and total remaning
This app can work on android 7 or later in any android mobile phone
Problem Identification:
There are many Billing Apps available in market but they do not save transactions of each bill in a separate page we have to search for a particular transaction made in a bill by bill name but when two bills have a same name they show it in a another bill also and in a combine way that’s creates a confusion and ill management in daily bills of any dukaandar…
This apps solve the problem of transactions in a well manner .. This app manages transactions of each bill in a separate page..
This app saves data in live database that saves data instantly online…
And no data lose problem is there .. In other apps we have to take backup and restore data every week or month this takes lots of internet , storage and time…and if we forget to take backup and app crashes or mobile damage then data is lose

Implementation:
I have made an android app which solves all the problems of the Dukandaar’s and salesman who manages their Bill online or in app
They can add, update and delete Bills of Holesellers in our app
They can update paynow editbox in our app to update the transaction made in a bill
When a Holesellers agent come to take payment we can update paynow in app to store how much we are giving currently to holeseller
It saves the current date and transaction amount in our bill ..we can give payment in any no. of transactions and it stores the amount and time each time
We can get pdf or excel file of data according to our filter of date , month , year
In the top bar and profile section we see all the details of our account like total amount , payed , and remaning

Steps how to work in app:
Steps:
1) Signup or login to your account
2) Add Bills of Holesellers
3) U can click on bill to see details
4) U can click on transaction button to see all transactions of bill
5) On update button u can click on paynow and add transaction (how much u are paying to holeseller’s agent)… it will automatically take the current date …u can also edit this.
6) U can also delete an bill or transaction at any time..
7) This app do not use your mobile storage it manages data online..
