#linux Important Linux Commands for Beginners: Linux Tutorial

Command

PWD – IT Stands For Present Working Directory This Command Used to show Current working Directory
mkdir – Command used to Create Directory in Linux
ls – used for view content in the directory
ls -a – used to show hidden file in Folder
cd – Stands for Change Directory. It changes the current directory to the new directory
cd .. - It changes the current directory to the Previous directory
cd. - It’s won’t work
cp – It’s used for copy file form the current directory to another

mv – move a file from one Directory to another
