Yuri balance threads in a shellnut

TBH, Pod Pack Deluxe w/ Banana isn't as powerful as people make it out to be. Yes it can basically heal Yuri back to full health, especially if he uses it against a group, but it's only available when using time warp, which basically means that you should just back off from Yuri when he pops his bubble, and then fight him when it wears off.

Yuri has many balance problems. PPD w/B is one of them, but it's one of the smallest, honestly.
