Viola Odorata?

My hubby said it has a flower sent my sense of smell sucks

Thanks so much find in nature for helping me identify this violet there's many spots in town or the forest line but not in the woods
We were talking because they did a violet video not to long ago
My mom has these in her yard all through the lawn I used to pick these every spring early summer they are short at my mom's but they cut the lawn there
Other spot I see them is forest lines
I have a video of this violet I showed find in nature it's a woods spot the start tree line
They are probably the same but smaller
My mom's are tiny but probably all the same
I think I remember smelling them as a kid I was into apple blossom and lilac violets were more delicate sent if there was one

My neighbor has shorter purple ones with a sent hubby said so same ones I will do a video of his Johny jump ups and violets together in a little bit while they are still in bloom violets are only early summer flower and gone quickly...the leaves should stay on through summer

I'm putting a play list together of this flower well family of Viola cuz there's a few around we can compare including Johny jump ups and Pansy
And a white violet with long leaves maybe get it soon I only seen one so far
