You will find "Sending Time Optimizer' in the first step of the Campaign Creator.

The Sending Time Optimizer is an innovative tool that automatically performs tests to determine the days and times when your database best responds to emails. With a bit of experimentation, it's easy to learn when to send your campaigns in order to maximize your Open Rate and Click Through Rate.

Select the Sending Time Optimizer button. Then choose between testing the optimal day of the week for your campaign or the optimal time of day.

When testing the day of the week, you can then choose between the work-week and the calendar week .

After choosing to run a sending time optimization test, the FreshMail system will equally divide your mailing list into the number of days that you choose to run the test. Then FreshMail will send the same campaign to each group in the morning hours. After a week you will be able to see on which days you achieved the highest open rates.
Of course, besides testing the optimal day of the week you can also test the optimal time of the day at which your recipients most often open your messages. To do so, select when you want to send your mail. You will have three times to choose form: morning, noon and afternoon.

Remember that you will have to select at least two of them so you can see how one time compares to another.

Similary, your subscriber list will be divided into equal parts and the campaign will be sent automatically. After the test ends, the results will appear in the Reports tab, where you can see which emails sent at different times peformed best.
