Oura Ring Data Correlations | Data Science | Data Exploration | Pandas Dataframe
Since I got my latest 3rd gen Oura ring, I've been digging into the data I have, figuring out how I could explore that data and find something interesting. So I open a Jupyter notebook, load that data in Pandas Dataframe, then use plain old Python to dig in deeper. Note that while I'm working on Oura ring data, you could definitely apply the same data correlation tools to dig into any kind of data, especially if you have a Garmin or Fitbit where you can get some good data on how you're doing.
Today's topic is how to visualize and explore the correlations between data. I'll be asking some good questions like: Do my previous night's sleep scores affect the next night? Does my activity affect my sleep scores?
