Forest Moon Attack!

It took me a bit to root out some of the audio issues with the Moon Base. I had apparently reset a value in the moon base code that resulted in some annoying sounds or that record crackling and buzz sound (I still got some of that in the Tree Base screen). This issue resulted in me not getting both channels to sound properly but a little investigating worked great.

The issue only affected AUDV1. That as a start. Then I looked up all the code that involved AUDV1. That is where I found that I reset var3, which is what I use to sound of AUDV1 in the Moon Base. I reuse a lot of variables between levels and I try to recycle certain ones (generally o, for obstacle, and maybe the variables after that). Since using DPC+ I forgot about the several var0-6 so I use some of them for counters or subpixel movement to free up other variables but that has caused me some little issues to fix, like in the video after a level change the top trooper may stop moving. I just need to reset more values in between levels and only keep the level counters but that is an easy fix.

I also moved the moon base to bank 5 freeing up more space. I still have a bank remaining for the titlescreen and enough space in the other banks for a game over screen. I think I have enough space in the graphics screen for the title. I have been a bit sloppy with code using new sprites in each bank even if they are the same in other banks but not a big deal.
