Simplified Loader Video Tutorials

Simplified Loader templates contain three sheets. The main WorkSheet for the users is the DataSheet. The DataSheet is used to transact data with Oracle Fusion. Row number 3 of the DataSheet contains column names. The color-coding of columns indicates, if the columns have a lookup field associated. The green colour suggests that the field has an associated lookup, whereas brown indicates a field without an associated lookup. In this example, the fields "Header Business Unit", "Header Supplier", "Header Supplier Number", and "Header Supplier Site" in columns K L M and N have an associated lookup.
The other WorkSheet available in the template is the About sheet. The About sheet contains columns supported by the Simplified Loader template. These columns are listed in column C. In this example, Header Invoice Number, Header Invoice Date, Header Invoice Supplier, and so on are the fields supported by the Header Section. The users should use the About sheet for reference purposes only.
The last worksheet is the "Sample DataSheet". As the name suggests, this sheet contains sample data built using an Oracle Fusion demo environment. For example, for Create Invoices, row 23 to 26 contains sample values passed to create a new Payable Invoice, and row 29 to 32 have operation results from the demo environment. The use of Sample Datasheet is only to get you started with a template. Once you are familiar with the template, Sample DataSheet could be deleted.
