Getting Started with the React Speed Dial Component

Learn how to create and configure the Syncfusion React Speed Dial component using the create-react-app command. The React Speed Dial component is an extension of the Floating Action Button and allows you to display multiple primary action buttons in linear and radial formats.

In this video, instead of simply placing the speed dial button somewhere on the page, I will demonstrate how to position it in the bottom right corner of the DataGrid component. When clicked, it will display the primary CRUD operations of the Grid. You can customize the position of the Speed Dial using the position property, which offers options such as top left, top center, top right, and more.

By default, the Speed Dial button's action items are displayed based on its position. You can change the display direction of the action items using the direction property, which supports left, right, up, bottom, and auto. Additionally, you can apply built-in styles to the Speed Dial button, such as primary, secondary, outline, info, success, warning, and danger. The Speed Dial items are displayed in linear mode, resembling a list format either vertically or horizontally. To display the items in a circular pattern, switch to the radial menu.
