The Sefer Yetzirah begins by mentioning the 32 paths with which HaShem created and continues to create the universe. These 32 paths are manifest as the 22 Hebrew letters and the Ten Sefirot on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. The early Kabbalists defined these 32 paths as states of consciousness which delineate particular aspects of creation. Each Sefirah parallels one of the Ten Sayings with which the world was created as recounted in the first chapter of Genesis, and each Hebrew letter is considered a unique channel of creative consciousness. In this series of 32 videos, Yehudit Goldfarb shares her Otiyot Hayyot movements with which a person can embody the 22 Hebrew letters and the 10 sefirot (as they are represented by the Hebrew vowel signs and sounds) and can thus explore the healing properties of these 32 paths. She also shares how Hebrew letters can be used to explore the distinct energies hidden within each day of the year.

In this video Yehudit demonstrates how to embody the 14th letter in the Hebrew alphabet, the Nun. She shows how to embody the Nun, including how to embody the Nun Sofit when a nun occurs at the end of a word. She shows how to combine the Otiyot Hayyot movements for the Nun with the Hebrew vowel signs and sounds which correspond to the 10 sefirot as they can be counted when descending from Keter to Malkhut and then ascending from Malkhut to Keter on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. She demonstrates how to embody Nun as the pathway between Netzach and Yesod on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. She also shows how to embody the combination of Hebrew letters for the 14th of Kislev in the year 5784: Alef (fall season), Samech (month of Kislev), Gimel (2nd day of the week), Yud Dalet (14th day of the month).
