Artillery Hornet - 3D Printer - Unbox, Setup, FAIL watch this before buying! смотреть онлайн

Artillery sent me their Hornet for review 3 months ago and I had hoped this was going to be the "go to" 3D Printer for new comers. With the "reasonable" approach to everything this machine certainly looked the part! But the one I got had some hidden demons, and artillery's support was.. well not helpful. I never set out to put a printer down and I always look for the good in everything, but support and customer service is key. Anyone that has ever had a problem and needed help needs to consider this when buying a product, you cannot just rely on the community or assume that community will help you or that a new buyer is keyed into that new community. I feel that this could be adequate if the bowden tube was external of the power plugs, and of a better quality. The gearing on the extruder will wear over time, so you will need to replace that in the future. The only print I was able to print came out well, and the printer does look good, but there are pitfalls on costs, quality and longevity. As I said in the video I'm happy to get to a final fix however that looks, for all I know it could just be a bad printer a one off? But my reviews will always be honest and open.
