Checking units and deciding whether they meet the final product's requirements is what Quality Control is all about. Quality control is very similar to, but not quite the same with quality assurance. QC relates to the direct inspection of these components, while QA refers to the assurance that stated specifications have been met by a service or product. Inspection is a crucial part of quality control, and it involves physically inspecting the actual product or analyzing the outcome of a service. Lists and descriptions of undesirable product defects, like fractures or blemishes will be reported. The aim of the testing is to see whether any corrective steps in the manufacturing process are needed. Companies that have good quality management are better able to satisfy customer expectations for better goods. Quality control can be measured in a number of ways. 1.  Manufacturers define the criteria that must be met by a particular product or service. 2. Sample units are taken from the line for inspection, calculation, and recording at random or scheduled intervals. 3. The sample outcomes are presented to statistical limits that have been defined. The tests are used to see whether systems are working as planned or whether they are behaving oddly. 4. Variations may be calculated to easily assess levels of anticipated fallout and visually see if a dysfunctional method is incapable of meeting requirements necessarily. Consumers are protected from faulty goods, and companies are protected from reputational harm due to poor production practices, thanks to quality control inspectors. If the product fails to pass the inspection process, the inspector has the discretion of fixing the issue himself, withdrawing the product for repairs, or rejecting it. The Quality Control process should be ongoing in order to ensure that corrective actions, if necessary, have yielded sufficient results and to identify complications or new incidents of trouble as soon as possible.
