Self levelling cementitious flooring

Description:
MATTCEM CL30 P is blend of synthetic polymers, graded aggregates and selected cements. It is typically used to create a flat and smooth surface with a compressive strength similar to or higher than that of traditional concrete prior to installing interior and exterior floor coverings.

Uses:
 To level uneven new or existing surface
 To get smooth surface ready to receive textile, PVC, linoleum and rubber coverings as well as ceramic tiles
 In areas where high resistance to static and dynamic loads is required
 In all types of surface application

Advantages:
 It forms a rapid drying, free-flowing, self-levelling mortar with good workability that adheres very strongly to the substrate
 Less time consumption as it is self-leveling and provide better finishing to all types of floor surface
 Easy to use, we have to add only measured quantity of water to make paste
 It does not shrink or crack and reaches a high level of compressive and flexural strength and resistance abrasion
 Rapid Hardening enables early fixing of floor coverings

Method of application:
 Clean the surface from efflorescence, laitance, dirt and other loose material and new concrete should be cure.
 Weak surface and old concrete floor should be primed with POLYCOTE WH.
 The primer should be allowed to dry forming a barrier, preventing air rising through the subfloor to form bubbles in the surface.
 Mix 20 kg bag of MATTCEM CL30 P with 4.5-5 liters of water with the help of mechanical mixer and continue until a smooth creamy consistency is obtained.
 Pour the prepared mix onto the substrate, spread quickly with trowel or preferably with a notched rubber squeegee and allow to self-level.
 If high spots or splashes of material occur on the surface these are best removed by the edge of a trowel after initial set.

Storage:
Minimum of 12 months shelf-life if kept unopened under room temperature (i.e. 270C).
