Rob Riches here from Blue Star Nutraceuticals with this week’s Faster Fat Loss™ workout. Today I’m running you through a full body, gauntlet style workout challenge that will melt away unwanted body fat and force your metabolism into overdrive.

And the best part is - all you need is a pull up bar or sturdy tree branch to do it - which means you can do this almost anywhere - so there’s no excuses!

This is The Trio Trial: Total Bodyweight At-Home Workout!

1:46 - Workout Info:
For this workout, you’ll perform 3 bodyweight exercises working the full body.

One push movement, one pull movement, and one lower body movement.

You’ll perform 3 reps of each exercise as quickly as possible, at the top of each minute, for a total of 9 reps - then you have the remainder of the minute to rest and catch your breath.

For example, if you complete 3 reps of each exercise within 25 seconds, you will have the remaining 35 seconds of the minute to rest and prepare for the next set.

Once the next minute starts, you go again.

The goal is to last as many rounds as possible before you drop.

If you make it 5 minutes, consider yourself a novice - you’ve got room to improve.

Last 10-15 minutes, and you’re a well-conditioned intermediate.

20 minutes or more? You’re in the ranks of elite conditioning and performance!

2:47 - Exercise #1: Decline Push Ups
Prop your feet up on a bench, ledge, or raised surface - keep your body straight like a board, arms shoulder-width or slightly wider, no dropping or raising the hips, push through and finish strong. Fast explosive concentric on the way up, slow controlled eccentric on the way down.

3:08 - Exercise #2: Pull Ups
Grab the bar just outside shoulder width with an overhand grip, retract the shoulders and think pulling with your elbows trying to tuck them in your back pockets to engage the lats - Remember to work your back, not your biceps. If you can’t do pull-ups yet, use some bands to assist you until your strong enough.

3:29 - Exercise #3: Jumping Split Squats
Setup in a lunge position, keep your core braced and chest up, drive your front heel through the floor and explode up into the air, switch legs mid-air and cushion the landing then repeat alternating side to side. Perform 3 reps for each side for this exercise.

3:50 - Perform this workout 5 times this week, aiming to improve your time each workout to step your fat burning results to the next level.
