Avoid delaying too much as you will need to give the boss a turn to act under disabled status to uptick the orb. - The boss has a lot of hard-hitting BRV hits, so BRV damage negation utility can be pretty useful here (Reno). - Launching is a great way to do a huge amount of burst damage for the tight turn count fight. E.g. SQEX Airlines team. The boss strongly resists magic, so you can bring an enchanter to imperil the element to enable them.
