With this amazing upgrade, you will get a desired new edition of your favorite game. MudRunner The Valley will help you to expand the existing game version and add unseen features. The Ridge (map) The Ridge only has 3 watchpoints, the least of any official map in the game. The Ridge is made challenging by the fact that two of the scavenge sites require a water crossing to obtain, however, the large tarmac road which loops around most of the map makes transport easier once the player manages to get off the mud and onto the tarmac. Strategy Due to the nature of the scavenge game mode, a single strategy can not be applied to all games of The Ridge. One possible strategy would be to use an offroad capable truck to fill a log trailer of appropriate size for the logs being gathered, then to return to the tarmac road and give the trailer to one of the C-65115s which spawn, allowing them to transport it to the lumber mill. Alternatively, a log crane carriage could be used, allowing a single vehicle to travel to a scavenge site, self-load, and return the logs to the lumber mill. A trailer in addition to the crane carriage could also be used. "One-Star" The One-Star playthrough of The Ridge can be very tedious, as the most straightforward way of completing it is to start with the C-256, attach a log crane carriage, and do 6 trips, each trip taking small logs. It's probably not worth adding a short log carriage, as offroading with one set of logs is hard enough, and the trip on the tarmac road means that not much time is added taking the logs from the scavenge sites to the lumber mill. Typically either a K-700 or a D-538 will spawn, and these can be used to tow the weaker tracks (either the C-256 which you may choose to start with, or the C-65115s which spawn in the level), however can also be used as loaders. The D-538 is hugely preferable out of the two, as it allows a loader to be equipped simultaneously with a medium log trailer, allowing it to independently transport medium logs. For long logs, or if using the K-700 which can not self load, it is advantageous to park the trucks being used for transport on the tarmac road, then to simply carry the logs in the loader from the scavenge site all the way to the road, rather than to drive offroad with less capable vehicles. This is especially true for scavenge sites which require a water crossing. About Truck C-65115. The C-65115 is a civilian style 6x4 road hauler in MudRunner. It is based on the Kamaz 65115. The C-65115 is ideal for road hauling, however is useless in rough terrain. It replaces the C-6520 from the original Spintires. Pros: Good for road Fuel efficient Fastest vehicle in the game Cons: Not made for off-road Slightly fragile Small fuel tank No-star vehicle, so cannot be selected in the truck selection.
