Seasons in the Abyss strikes a perfect balance of the fast tempo songs from Reign in Blood and the slower grooves of South of Heaven. Slayers guitar solos tend to have the chaotic sound and feel of a Jackson Pollock Painting. Jeff follows this trend with the first guitar solo. You can't get too hung up on playing it exactly note for note. It's better to get the basic frame work and just go for it. Kerry's is one of the bands more structured and melodic solos. Both solos compliment each other perfectly.
