JustAnswer Customer from San Antonio, TX: Im not sure whether it had fused before the end when I emptied it.
JustAnswer Customer from San Antonio, TX: However, when it was full again and went to run my usual eco programme, I got the fault code.

JustAnswer Customer from San Antonio, TX: I had not touched the water pipes before but since the fauult have given them a waggle to so whether that solved it.

JustAnswer Customer from San Antonio, TX: Just managed to get it to change programmes and get it on 8 - mini programme but it has gone back to E02

James: Home Appliance Technician: E02 is a inlet failure, so either the water supply, inlet valve, flow sensor or circuit board at fault.
James: Home Appliance Technician: You mentioned you wiggled the hoses, and confident water is going to the hoses and they arent kinked, so that rule out supply.
James: Home Appliance Technician: Next the valve, best thing to do is switch it off strip it down locate the valve and with a multi meter check you are getting 230v across the valve, when you plug it in and start a cycle.
James: Home Appliance Technician: If you are and water is not entering the valve is at fault if you aren't then its the PCB.
James: Home Appliance Technician: Should water be entering then that leave the flow sensor not detecting the water entering the machine.

JustAnswer Customer from San Antonio, TX: The machine has thrown the circuit breaker on this 70 deg programme before - does that help the diagnosis
James: Home Appliance Technician: If its tripped previously at 70 degree it may suggest the heating element is starting to fail, however an E02 fault is something different all together.
James: Home Appliance Technician: The fact its not old is however strange as typically a heating element failure normally happens late on (6 plus years).
James: Home Appliance Technician: Gut feel to me is if no water is entering and it errors after a few min of starting with E02 its the inlet valve Beko parts are genially very cheap, a new valve can be found here for around £15
